Karlee turned 1 !! Holy Cow! I do not know what happened to the last year but I feel like I missed it all!! I love Karlee's personality she has a very big personality and love seeing it develop! She loves all things FOOD and likes to play and be silly with her family. (one of her favorites right now is peek-a-boo). At the party Karlee had absolutely no interest in opening her presents. However, Kyler was very interested in opening her presents unless it was clothing in which case he promptly put it right back where he got it wrapping and all! Karlee did however very much enjoy her very own cake! She dug right in and went to town on the cake :) (something her brothers did not do)

| Great Grandpa did not want to miss Karlee's Birthday. Thank goodness we had two strong men to help Grandma get him up the stairs and into the house! Thanks Grandma for taking the time and effort even when it is a challenge :) |

Growing up my parents had a tradition where they would wake us up signing happy birthday with a candle this is one tradition we are passing on to my kiddos.
